We do NOT accept returns unless item is defective or broken.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns at this time. If you have a specific problem or error function, you can submit a replacement request via email at support@theselfcaremask.com and your case will be reviewed. Just make sure to have your order number notated in your email.

What if my order comes damaged?

Don't fret! If your item comes damaged, please contact info@theselfcaremask.com immediately to resolve this issue as soon as possible. After review of your damaged item, if accepted, an exchange will be processed.

How long will it take to get a reply via email?
